References to "Potato Co," "we," "us," or "our" in this Privacy Policy refer to the individual operating the Potato Co project and are used for convenience. They do not indicate that Potato Co is a separate legal entity.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use the Potato Co website or Potato 3D Print Manager and how that information may be used.

1. Information Collected Through the Main Potato Co Website

When you use the suggestion page, we may collect:

We do not require your name or email address to submit a suggestion.

We do not require an account for the main website's suggestion feature.

We do not intentionally ask users to provide sensitive personal information.

2. Potato 3D Print Manager Information

When you create and use a Potato 3D Print Manager account, the service may process:

• Your email address and authentication information
• Your username
• Your name or other profile information provided through an authentication provider
• Your profile picture
• Print queue jobs and plate names
• Material selections and print notes
• Filament requirements
• Filament library information, including color, brand, type, price, and remaining grams

The Print Manager does not require users to provide sensitive personal information.

Users should not enter sensitive, private, confidential, or unnecessary personal information into Print Manager notes or other fields.

3. Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in to Potato 3D Print Manager with Google, authentication is handled through Google's services.

Google may provide information associated with your Google account, such as:

The exact information provided depends on your Google account and the permissions requested by the service.

Potato 3D Print Manager does not receive your Google password.

Potato Co does not use Print Manager data for advertising.

6. Storage and Service Providers

Potato Co uses third-party services to operate its website and Print Manager.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare may provide hosting, security, analytics, and related website infrastructure.

Supabase

Supabase is used to store suggestion submissions and to provide authentication and database storage for Potato 3D Print Manager.

Print Manager account information and manager data may be stored in Supabase's infrastructure, including:

• Authentication information
• Username and profile information
• Print queue data
• Filament library information
• Expense records
• Print history
• Account settings

Because Print Manager data is associated with a user's account, it can be available when the user signs in on another supported device or browser.

Third-party providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. Their own privacy policies and terms may also apply.

7. Public Suggestions

Suggestions submitted through the main Potato Co website may be displayed publicly.

Publicly displayed submissions may include the suggestion text and, where applicable, the display name provided by the user.

Email addresses are not intended to be displayed publicly.

If you submit a suggestion, do not include private, confidential, or sensitive information in it.

8. Profile Pictures

Profile pictures selected through Print Manager account settings or provided through Google sign-in may be stored as part of account information or account metadata.

Users should avoid uploading sensitive or private images.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Information may be processed by third-party services needed to operate the website and Print Manager, including:

• Cloudflare for hosting, analytics, security, and infrastructure
• Supabase for suggestion storage, authentication, and database services
• Google when Google sign-in is used

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law or legal requests
• Protect the security or integrity of the services
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Protect users or other people from harm

10. Data Retention

Suggestions may be stored indefinitely unless removed.

Potato Co reserves the right to delete suggestions or other submissions at any time.

Print Manager account information and manager data may be retained while an account remains active.

Users may delete individual Print Manager queue jobs, filament records, expense records, and history entries through available controls.

Print history may also be automatically removed according to the selected retention setting.

11. Account Deletion

Users may delete their Potato 3D Print Manager account through the available account settings.

Account deletion uses a secure server-side deletion function and removes the associated Supabase authentication account when successfully completed.

Where supported by the service's database configuration, data associated with that account is also deleted.

Deleting an account does not recover information that was previously deleted or lost.

12. Data Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect account information and user data.

However, no internet service, database, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information to the services.

13. Children

Potato 3D Print Manager is intended for people who are at least 13 years old.

We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13 through Print Manager.

If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may take steps to delete the account and associated information.

The general Potato Co website may contain content that is accessible without creating an account. Parents or guardians should supervise children's use of online services as appropriate.

14. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Supabase authentication may use browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies to maintain signed-in sessions.

Cloudflare and other hosting or service providers may use cookies, logs, or similar technologies necessary for security, performance, analytics, and operation.

When submitting content to Potato Co, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide it.

Do not submit private, confidential, sensitive, illegal, or harmful information through the website or Print Manager.
